This home is PERFECT. This family took such price in their home…just gorgeous. Side note. The bouncing around or swinging of the fast moving camera makes it a bit unpleasant on the eyes. If the home wasn’t so nice I would have stopped watching. It’s probably best to keep the window up when you are showing the surrounding businesses so your video doesn’t have the sound of the winds blowing.
Beautiful home, the swinging around of the camera made it hard to watch. A steadier movement without the quick swinging around is a bit easier on the eyes. It’s a big house so it seemed like you were rushing through to get it all filmed. 🥴
It’s my first year of being a vlogging videographer I am an agent, usually I am the agent sitting in at the open houses. Thanks for watching and the tip. I will slow down.
omg no one's going to buy this house, total junk house for 1.75 million, you can get a beautiful modern house for same price west los Angeles in cooler weather. I guess people are just paying for the land, so that they can destroy the old crap house and build a new home on it.
Insane huh , I live by Tulare and a huge new built we bought for 400k and solar paid off . My sister now lives in Los Angeles she has master degree can’t even buy a house . She single still maybe once she married .
Wow in Tulare that’s far from LA. But you can’t beat a new built and slate paid off your scored! I had family who moved from LA to Tulare Kern County. Have your sister reach out to me to search for private exclusive properties with Compass. We have home that our agents promote to each other as coming SOONS before the hit the public market.
@@Livininlosangeles great thanks , I’ll let her know , yes I got lucky I bought when rates were 3.2%. I use to live in Los Angeles as a kid but crime and my neighbors not been safe we moved to Tulare in 2005 when I was a kid . Hope you sale a lot of homes . And keeep uploading .
What a awesome way to celebrate the most incredible band of all time Depeche mode ,so Much talent from every member of this on fire group, Depeche mode in L A
mountain lion or a large bear 🐻 and cubs spending more time in the pool and backyard. No thank you . Those stairs to the pool area is a drunk person nightmare
Great tour! For the love of god slow down when you pan. I love everything about your film but that. Love that you started on the outside. Love your little exclamations of delight. Love that you include everything. Stairways. Walkways. Just slow down.
Slow the camera down!! The movement is too much.. makes you dizzy watching . find one or two focal points in a room.. span the room counting to 10.. you have a great camera on your phone.. your next videos will be great!!!!! ❤❤
I lived in LA many years ago, not far from Silver Lake, and I cannot imagine why anyone in their right mind would move there unless they had a job offer, they just couldn't turn down. It's become ridiculously expensive.
Thank You Victoria for taking the time to record this. I was a student at All Saints in the 1960s (1961-1969). I was one of five siblings who attended. I do have a lot of great memories of teachers (mostly nuns), and many friends. I attended the 45 year reunion in 2014, and was delighted to see many of those same people, even though I didn't recognize most of them. I did visit the school last August, with my best friend, Jimmy Rollins, also an All Saints alum. We were so sad to learn that the school had closed. I believe the 60s were the golden age for Catholic Schools, mostly because Catholic Baby Boomers needed a religious education. I moved to Illinois in 1996, to teach at Northern Illinois University, and retired two years ago. I continue to attend church with my spouse, who is also Catholic. God Bless You, Victoria.
Thanks for stopping by to re visit All Saints with us! I wasn’t going to stop while filming but when I saw Fr. Mario I couldn’t help myself lol. Great to hear stories like yours. You were there during the schools’s best years. It’s fun to hear about reunions for such a small school. I was there in the mid 80’s and it was one of the worst experiences as far as with the students and mean girls goes. I went there starting in the 5th grade to 8th. One thing positive I’ll say though, The staff, fathers and Nuns were very polite and respectful. God bless
