I am selling my r6 to get the new mt09. Cant wait lol. What exhaust you got on this' clean bike. Clean wheelies aswell! I'd expect the same reactions when i'll wheelie it for the first time LOL
I rip wheelies on my 23 MT-10. Power wheelies only in 1st and 2nd gear. I did clutch up back in the day when I was a kid but it’s a clutch killer in my opinion. I had a 1986 Ninja 600 RR. The red white and blue scheme. Had to replace the clutch. lol. The price of learning, but will just power wheelie now, although I love those slower ones starting in 2nd that you did were very nice. Stay safe and enjoy.
I have same bike 2023 model whatever I did front wheel cant came up ? 😢 my AWC 0 ATC 3 am i giving low rpm maybe ? What is your rpm range when wheel comes up brother? I have tried 3-6 krpms
I'm missing something for sure, mines the 2022 and TCS is on 1 but the front end won't come up with power, it just feels like the whole bike is staying grounded 😕
Don’t wheelie with any type of traction control on it’s dangerous and you can crash. Always take it off, as for modes do it in whichever one you feel comfortable in
There is nothing better than a good wheelie. I do always try to ride in my limits, but there is always a bit of a risk. Just depends on what you’re comfortable with. I only pull wheelies when I’m comfortable. Plus it’s an mt09. It would be a crime to not pull a wheelie.
I got the same bike and want to learn to wheel so bad. I barely have the front wheel off the ground and it already feels like im gonna do a full backflip. how do I get over that fear??
I think most people know how to wheelie a powerful bike is going through the gears that's the hard thing.... That said it does say for beginners beginners
This is like my dad trying to explain how to drive stick and we can smell the fresh clutch im cooking up. This video will make perfect sense in 5 years
Im at the point where i can do pretty much everything anyone would want to do on a 1000cc, but wheelie. 18ft u turns, knee/elbow down, endo/stoppies, throwing the back wheel out, track, racing, etc etc. But fucking wheelies.. biggest mental block. Dumping the clutch makes my brain confused cause I've spent so much time learning to be smooth that any quick/ stabbing action is big no and is now habit.
Try almost just flicking the clutch as you accelerate. Should still come up just as well on a 1000. Any tips for leaning? That’s the one thing I struggle with.
Hey there, it was nice meeting you on the road that day. Glad you like Lotus so much, I absolutely love Lotus due to the driving feel. Anyway, we often have club drives. I am more than happy to invite to one so you can have a fun ride with a group of us .
