Piece of junk, breaks quickly, allows you to resend it, getting another, stops working in less than a month, customer service runs you around with updates that do not work until you give up, can barely speak english at service center on second contact. Sent it back to Mass office where even though they received per tracking must have just tossed it in the trash- No customer service POS Product. Great sound but over $100 for 2 months of frustration!!!! Never buying Bose ever.
Thanks buddy. I don’t understand to much what you say but I just I do all and the last chance WORKS!!! I try many RU-vid videos and nothing. But this work for my. Thank buddy you save to throw away my Bose speaker.
For everyone try and do this: (with the speaker unplugged) Press and hold the 5th button from the left and plug it into the charger. Wait 10-15 seconds and then disconnect it from the charge -WITHOUT STOPPING PRESSING THE BUTTON-. Plug it into the charger again and it should work.
@@diklaormi4836 1. Hold down the power button instead the multifunction button.. then plug in for 10-15 seconds. Pull the cable out, let your finger off the power button. 2. Then put the cable back in, and press the power button. It worked for me for several attempts.. 😊
