Get out of there.... Eventually they will be on their knees begging people to come back... In might take 10 more years... But as fast as CA is going down could be sooner.
And if you are military and your home of record is another state you do not have to have to change to california registration. home.army.mil/monterey/application/files/4116/5170/9902/Nonresident_Military_Personnel_Operating_a_Vehicle_in_California.pdf
jealous of the wheels from 7 years ago. difficult to find chunky/thick spokes in 2024. Closest is Enkei's 7-spoke Ultraform. I want more than 6 spokes and 6-spoke TE/Grid wheels don't do it for me. 🏁
One thing you failed to mention was since their LED lights in your LEDs are two sides you didn't mention about which way to LED needs to face 3:00 or 9:00 or 12:00 6:00
I want to add that I went to do this to my 09 wrx. The 08-14 sti rotors won’t fit the 08-14 wrx. You need to either drill the rotors from the 08-14 sti to 5x100 because sti rotors are 5x114.3. Also stock rims won’t clear the brembos which would have been nice to know. Just a heads up for those wanting to upgrade.
@@catzbunn I must have missed that about the rotors which is no big deal because I can get my sti rotors drilled for less than buying dba rotors. I went back and didn’t hear anything about buying 04 sti rotors but now it’s too late because I bought them already. As far as the rims I didn’t know they would not work to be honest.
@@catzbunn Yeah bro just trying to save for rims. I would then need to get adapters to go from 5x100 to 5x114.3. I spent quite of bit on the wrx lately. Did the mishimoto oil cooler with the thermostatic plate which wasn’t cheap, the IAG aos, cooling mod, tbw skid plate.
So I got mishimoto 15mm wheel spacers with built in studs. Question for you. I’m keeping my stock brake lines. The rear brake lines should work with my sti brembos correct? I am done installing the front sti brembos and about to start on the rear but wanted to ask if those rear lines are fine. Thanks Update: Went to do the rears today and got everything done, but the stock brake lines won’t work with the Sti brembo calipers. There is a bend on the stock lines which won’t connect to the sti calipers. I tried to click on your link for the rear lines, but it says “page not found”.
I got a fix it ticket for a loud exhaust just driving my Supra normally on PCH in Newport Beach one early Saturday morning last month. I don't even have catless or any mods just an exhaust and the worst part was that there was a Lambo and M2 that were crazy loud ahead of me and I was the one that got pulled over. Rule #1 Do not hire those ticket "lawyers". I drove for a living for 15 years and they were a scam. Lastly all the RU-vidrs and takeover people are ruining it for everyone else.
Used LiquidMoly products in my last three Euro cars. Now I use it in my '23 WRX. LiquiMoly MolyGen 5W-30. Proof that the viscosity drop by manufacturers is for the EPA and NOT what the engineers specify: I had a '18 Audi Q5 EA888G3 engine. Sticker under hood specified 5W-40. Then bought a '19 Audi Q5, same engine, and the requirement was changed to 0W-20!!! Switched that car to 5W-40. Couldn't tell you what effect that had as the car was killed by a deer.
I didn’t get state reffed but I did get a ticket for modified exhaust. I had smog coming up and just decided to non op my car cause it’s my project and not my daily. Could I still get the exhaust decibel test done so I can get it dismissed in court or do I just have to pay the fine. There’s barely any info about my situation so if someone could help that has an understanding that would be helpful. Thank you!
