@theautismhelper thank you so much I am interested in learning more and working even voluntarily with your program. I work a CPS cluster program and 15 of my snd my partner teacher's 23 students are on the spectrum. Your videos are so helpful is there an in person training center or volunteer program?
With the gradual using of dr Oyalo herbal recommendation for autism, whom I met on RU-vid, my son is totally free from Autism with his speech cleared and social skills ok
I work as a TA in a special ed school. My students are 9-12 and gosh it's so validating to know i am utilizing most of these tips. My students deserve the best and i want to grow and learn new ways to help them in these tough times.

Sasha, I have been following you for years! You have a wealth of knowledge and I’m so happy to have grown alongside you!! Does your newer ABLLS-R assessment have all of the assessment strands for each skill aside from those such as imitation, etc?
I have a ton of your folks visuals and these are awesome. But what I'm having trouble with is where to put these and how to use the visuals throughout the classroom when all my students have different visuals? In these videos you're holding them up, where would they be in a real scenario? Am I holding them the whole time, or are they on the wall near them?
Hello! My name is Sally, I'm an autistic woman who hopes to become a teacher someday. I'll be graduating high school in June and hope to eventually teach kindergarten. I have a more mild form of autism where there are fewer indicators, but I wonder if being on the spectrum itself would be helpful for when I have students with autism, as I'd be able to relate to them better. However, I have nothing to base this on because the autistic people I do know either are around my age (my best friend and another very close friend) or were adults my whole life (my one aunt and my mom).
Hi Sally! I do think that you'd be able to see things from a unique perspective and that may help you be able to advocate for your students and their needs. Best of luck! ❤️
We switch activities daily unless it's a big hit, then I'll bring it back to the rotation that week. I created a list that I keep of all the activities and how they relate to our curriculum. I pull from a lot of our tasks, too!
I love how you did the second binding combs so that the choices can fold out! I was trying to figure out a good way to do that recently and that's perfect! Thanks for sharing
I really love this, yet I do think the name of you channel/company might be offensive to autistic individuals. Again, just my opinion as a SLP, but it can come of as "I'm an expert in Autism." Just a thought!
If you are the new teacher with paras who have been in the classroom and have seen teachers come and go, how do they respond to the training manual and staff binder? They might be thinking that they know these things and be offended that I've put it together for them. Even though we are a team, there are a lot of big egos. I don't want to start the year offending anyone and I want to respect their position and longevity. thoughts?
I was in that exact position. I explained to my paras that I wanted everyone on the same page, for them to have a reference to know how to do things if they had questions. We have collaboration time to talk through sticky points in our day and how to handle them as a team. I always take a team approach and consider their input. We come up with goals as a team - and that's in the staff binder!
This is great! I'd kill for a room that big! My room is only 20X22, and depending on the year, I have between 8-13 students, so 6 centers is a no-go, just for lack of room size. BUT, I will definitely implement some of these ideas!
