My husband is a retired anchor from a big city. He left well-loved and on top but why he left is because bias took the driver’s seat. Fair and balanced journalism in msm is gone and this decision comes from the owners, not necessarily the GM or News Director. It’s not what it was. Disappointing at least for my husband. So yes, find sources outside of msm and don’t get overly emotional, as she says.
Any people that were even watching those freak parties will also be charged for not reporting the attrocities done to children etc. like JLO, the K family and many, many others.

The Port union leader needs to resign if he can’t bargain in good faith. He’s an angry hateful person. Being pro union for 35 yrs an offer of 50% increase over 6 yrs is an offer he should have told them to accept. Even if they get the 77% it’ll be followed by faster automation & a round of layoffs so not a win for many workers

If it were me I would get all that in writing and ask someone not getting paid a commission what they think about that offer :) Sounds good but so does every commercial on TV until you read the fine print. Highly recommend talking to an expert who knows about all the tricks in all the books. Good luck!!

The people who work for these companies that are lying to their employees about the hiring freeze should get together and walk out. So, if they admit to a recession after the election will they blame the new President? Do you see that more and more people will be working for themselves and not corporate america?
Ab-So-Freakin-lootly!! More small businesses on the side of peoples bill paying job and I personally think thats a very good thing. People will get to be creative on their side Hustles. And you are also right that whoever is the next Prez will get blamed for whats coming, so something nice to look forward to. Thank you for the input.
Idk about people w degrees (which is not me) but I have been having a very hard time finding a job. Even basic entry level jobs. It seems like they need people judging on the lack of workers and customer service and the fact that many places are holding on going open interviews weekly even though plenty of people show up each week that could probably meet all employment requirements for these places. It is kinda mind blowing because as I said this is for entry level jobs, idk why they have to interview 1000 people to pay someone slightly above minimum wage to ring up and bag groceries. It is all very weird. Also many of these basic, low paying entry level jobs seem to expect cover letters and resumes. I was out of the job market raising my kids and it has changed night and day! I feel like lifetime's have passed in this short time due to the huge differences.... Before this I could get a job instantly, easily.... Not anymore... Idk.....
Time to start a business my friend! No degree required, or cover letter or 15 stressful interviews. You can do it, I know you can! Thank you for the comment.

I wholeheartedly agree with your impression of a "not so soft" landing. I am retired after 45 yrs in medicine and presently volunteer at a mid-sized city food bank twice weekly. In the last couple months, the donations from grocery stores, farmers, etc. has trickled to barely enough to support the charities that need food to help local people. This was not the case last year or through the spring. In my mind, grocery stores aren't making the profit as previously. I see expensive cuts of meat or labor intensive foods (whole chickens vs. drumsticks)because people don't have enough to stretch for that. Investing in yourself during a downturn is never wasted.
Re: politics, it's a theatre on steroids and I just can't anymore. I'm more depressed over the lack of objectivity in journalism, it's so siloed and filtered in corporate media. I wish there was an independent journalistic source that calls balls and strikes on both sides. As for the Hulu show, I keep hearing about it and after watching the trailer, ohmigod, sign me up for that Mormon Wives show! Haha.
Looks like your prediction was wrong about Trump. He just debated Kamala and did pretty decently. Trump will definitely not drop out or be replaced. I can guarantee that with 100% confidence.
You are absolutely correct, i was just having that conversation. "You" are in control of your life, its all about your choices. Complaining about anything, price of food, etc changes nothing. Regardless of who wins, my life will not change ! ❤❤❤❤

I had predicted earlier in the year neither Trump nor Biden would be on the ballot in Nov. so far I'm half right lol, we'll see if our Trump prediction also comes to fruition, of course timelines are fluid and anything can happen but a lot of this agrees with my forecast so it's definitely interesting to hear
Sorry Jill but both party don’t say everything is fine, If you listen to trump, America is in the worst shape ever ( his tax cuts to the rich hasn’t help ) Haha he is such a clown, lier, cheat, rapist ,liar, criminal, liar, liar and liar again, so no they don’t say the same things and I know who I’m believing in.
