I want to remove that bathtub since when we moved in 8 years ago. It is in a retirement community and that tub does not make any sense. And hey, a built in bench is necessary in the shower
BAD ISEA.. REALLY BAD... A bathroom with a show is considers a 3/4 bath, and one with a tub/shower is call a FULL BATH.... BIG price difference when you go to sell your house. Keep the tub.

I don't know how to clean the acrylic base. I used an abrasive which I shouldn't (in frustration) to get dirty footprints off but wondered what else I can use that wasn't abrasive and was powerful. I find them NOT easy to clean as scum still sticks to the bottom....(footprints, soap etc). My shower is kind of like the one at 3.01 on the video. I guess if the bottom gets ruined the whole shower is ruined?
Acrylic shower pans can be made to almost any size or shape you can imagine. Not sure where they got their information? My company is fabricating a Corian Witch Hazel pan with a custom drain trough with decorated lid.
Great Idea especially the large basin in the middle is simply spectacular.
