Well-at least as far as far as I know, if we look to history of religion, the belief in heaven and hell was present in Israel in the days of Daniel, and in the book of Daniel it is also mentioned that not all who ressurect will meet the same fate. (Daniel 12:2) To ressurect in blisss /glory or in shame.
I would think you would welcome people into the fold versus turning them away. You're looking for authentic people who truly believe in Hashem yet you turn them away??? You don't even give them a chance so how do you know if they are authentic or not??? Worst case scenario, they learn Torah which can only be a good thing.
