Hello I'm from the UK Alan I got their Wi-Fi router as well G4 it works well streaming films I'm on Lebara unlimited data for 30 days for £25 I like the way you done the video a bit of a laugh hope you keep well alan
Just unboxed mine. Going cruising and like the fact it works in 140 countries without a sim card but if you want to use a sim card you can do that as well. Also working remotely as a digital nomad at times from a camper oftentimes in remote places. The reviews looked great. So far so good. The real first test will be on the cruise in October or perhaps before that in the Adirondacks at a cabin where there is never a good signal. Hoping for the best. An inexpensive experiment since you are not bound to a monthly contract. An option I know will benefit me since I travel the US and Canada for business and frequently need a connection when none are handy. Could be profoundly helpful in remote places I like to spend time and could spend more time if I were connected and could also work. I just unboxed mine and set it up and gave it a trial run at the house and so far it works flawlessly.
You cannot do anything unless you pay a service fee. It will not even get warm without internet. I purchased from second hand store. Last owner did not delete machine. So, cannot use machine. Cannot contact owner.
@@nutella2025 i havent tried it personally but i guess when you arrive at a new location you go to the local cell store and purchase a sim card then theres a slot in the glocal you put it in

One thing to remember, it's a Chinese piece of electronics. And we all know China is well known for installing spyware to steal your information. I'm not anti Chinese or a conspiracy theorist, but keep that in mine, it's Chinese made and the company is in China.
from what I read on Amazon you have to call them and give them your imei number!!!! for this product if you buy it through Amazon I don't know if they request the same thing when you buy it from anywhere else or not but isn't that shady as hell? I don't know the full extent of hacking your equipment using the IMEI number but I know I would not want to give it out for no one free gigabyte of data or for any amount of data with my phone which has all my personal data in it. anybody else give up their IMEI number when purchasing this product from Amazon? thanks
i just orderd thids for my mom! would she be able to use blueetooth headphones connected to her phone for the meditation guide along with using the core device?
Hello. Sucesso.
Just got a signet ring from them and I'm currently working on an engagement ring working with the sight has been great you don't get to talk with the creator directly which I wish you could if you wanted to but that's my only complaint so far with the signet ring I love it it's super cool and after listening to this it really made me feel like I definitely made the right choice to do the engagement ring here as well
Mellow has recently disabled basic features that came free with the machine unless you now pay them a “subscription”. They are holding simple functionality hostage unless you pay up a monthly ransom.
Look from a guy who has lived in a van for 5 years it’s always best to do your research ! If your expecting a cheap move to make money fast you obviously have missed the point of living in a van..
Did anyone ever get one of those overpriced 3D printers to work? I know people have been ripping the control board out, and the extruder, and the belts, and the bearings, and the rods, and the self levelling monstrosity. Then if you replace all of those you can kind of get it to work.
You really need to improve the audio on this. Way too much background noise and low volume on the actual speakers. Difficult to understand what is being said.
Author/Erin replying: thanks very much! So glad to hear it. I recommend you also check out a podcast of a colleague of mine -- might be just what you're looking for: www.airyinsights.com/airy-thoughts/ P.S. YESSSS COME TO THE LIGHT SIDE, LUCAS
@@solidsmackify Thanks for the shout out! Since we were getting a lot of requests from prospective optics students, we created some content on picking educational programs and posted a specific question on this in the ELE Optics Community forum. I'm awfully tied between both chemical and optical engineering; both fields interest me for a career setting. Good job on your thorough explanations during the video, Erin - it really cleared my head about optical engineering and it seems very promising!
Thanks for the feedback, and we're so happy it was helpful! Best of luck in whichever field(s) you choose. (P.S. if you work at a company like 3M, you can DO BOTH!)

Erin Great Interview. Super interesting and fun stuff. As someone who can completely understands just how boring a task like sanding can apparently be I can see how it could seem like an advantage to automate our collective way out of such drudgery. I am also a fan of small batch production and like the idea of keeping the cost down and gaining tools that could make life easier for people who are working in small shops. But... Lets be honest with our selves. If you introduce the ability to use neural networking and deep learning to build fine cedar strip canoes into the wild we will be buying them from costco and wall mart for Loonies/Dollars and burning them for fun at the end of the summer faster than we can grow trees. Don't get me wrong I can appreciate the beauty of the problem of so called skilled labor having the monopoly on something as mundane as for lack of a better word "beauty" (I mean how hard is it to cut wood) and see the challenge in finding a way to get a machine to do these tasks within the frame work of a imagined budget. On the other hand there is a point when you are sanding or grinding by hand when the grain emerges like glass or you see past the smoothness to the underlying structure of the tedious progressions of finer and finer grits/grinds and it just works. Like anything else as pointless and abstract. Thanks again for the interesting video I am your 591st follower and 8th liker.
