I am saying one thing, maybe you will feel bad, but I am saying please do not cut down the living trees, build as many houses as you want with the dead or fallen trees. For this little thing, there can be a big loss in the world. Please do not cut a single tree. Thank you. Stay tuned.
It looks nice and I know you want probably want it that way but moss on the roof it doesn't look right and doesn't look like it would last very long a high wind would probably take it off if use wood shingles made from the trees that you're using it would look really nice I envy you you get to do that most of us want to and can't it's a lot of money for a piece of land these days enjoy and God bless
Jim Bob Dandy Cabin, question? Is the rope to hold down the tarp and something for the moss to grow to and attach itself? Great job, don’t listen to one naysayer sitting on their lazy sphincters, job well done, thanks my Buddy of the woods.
not impressed.., the poor foundation, structural integrity, and general shoddy workmanship... the worst are those single long screws used to hold the wall together. That construction won't last more than 12 months, the weather and other factors will slowly eat away at..!!
Why do a lot of cabin builders ruin their build by putting moss for caulking. Don’t they know the moss with rain causes mold.. why don’t builders use a different material that looks like an old cloth sacks,it comes in large rolls .
Já vi muitas construções de cabanas, mais vc superou tds com facilidade; o toque de gênio foi vc colocar a corda no teto ora segurar o musgo. Parabéns Me inscrevi sou do BRASIL
So - with all the windfallen trees lying about - he cuts down living trees. Would be nice to see the INside of the structure . . . eg., a bed, shelves, a stove, table, etc.
Amazing video. We would like to show this video on our channel with your permission. We will add your link and your name will also be mentioned in the video. Let us know what you think
Im a former Montana wilderness guide. Im surprised by how many people neglect to gather wood and get a fire going FIST! Injuries do HAPPEN. One may not be ABLE to gather wood, and with night approaching a fire could be a life saver. I ALWAYS did this at every site I planned spending the night. Remember this, and get that FIRE going first. It's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. Camp safe.. GREAT VIDEO
@Drrayoldman... If you will notice, he doesn't actually NEED a fire, right now. I mean, he's working outside in a short sleeve t-shirt, so obviously he doesn't need one. Stop telling people how to do things! You do NOT know everything, just because you worked previously in the wilderness! 🙄🤦🏻♂️😡
@@BEV0323 I don't tell ppl what to do. I educate ppl on how to survive, as I have been caught in sudden snowstorms and forced to survive for days. I instruct people on how to keep alive. Trust me, if you were to be lost in the wilderness due to a broken-down bus, you'd be damn thankful I was on the bus. I'll spare you the list of celebs and important ppl I've taken into the mountains for 10 days at a time and how they returned knowing a lot more than before they went in.
omg the very best I.ve seen a very long time >great workmanship and mg so clean and tidy.loved it many thanks for such a remarkable film Please keep it up
Why doesn't he use a roller to cover all the flat areas with stain or paint in stead of using a small paint brush? Things would go faster using a roller instead of a small brush.
Nice job, pretty structure. I like the covered porch, very practical. I would screen it in as the mosquitoes and black flies plus all their friends go for me, from the West Coast to Ontario. Moss roof is a nice touch. I would add some sort of shutters to cover the windows and a more skookum door (bears). My family has built a number of cabins out here in BC over the past 100 years, from little ones to big, and all have been loved. You are very patient and polite with the rude commenters, much more than I am. Hope your health improves so you can continue with your plans. Cheers
Depends on what is available and their condition. These logs are fresh, peel easily, etc. He does say he's been using fallen trees as well. He's not taking much out of a dense young forest.
Porque cortan tantos árboles sanos si hay tantos caídos que manera de malmeter los bosques por hacer cuatro videos y ganar dinero por fabor cuidemos los bosques😢
