@mikeyismysweetgloriousking its all about trying variations when i do the same movements, thats how i get bored some variations work better than others, but that doesnt mean their worthless you know
@@SuccessFitness I only have 2 videos. I thought it was weird that I even got 2.4k views for a very short video. RU-vid causes me anxiety so I don't want to post
@tinawall7618 try not to let @youtube to dictate your anxiety thats what i had to learn while doing this its all about how i control my emotions you have the power so post away! people need to see what you have to offer the world
@SuccessFitness Cool. I was probably the first person to use Scan & Go when it was first implemented in the Nashville market. I've used it ever since! I love walking right passed all the long lines at the registers when I'm done shopping. I'm surprised that more people don't use it. You're gonna love it!!
@@AltMHarr awesome yes i have the scan and go app been using it for years its just this new checkout procedure is getting ready to be implemented usually i have to let the employee scan my phone so they can scan 2-3 items before im able to walk out
Creative. Seems like an over complicated and unsafe solution. I would suggest either working on that shoulder mobility or find a proven effective squat alternative. Like goblet squats or front squats. If you want this much weight on the bar to load the quads effectively ditch the smith machine altogether, find a barbell with center knurling, work on squat depth(hip and ankle mobility) and shoulder mobility first. Then work your way up in weight after you’ve safely learned how to do the lift through a full range of motion.
I didn’t say “just do this”. What I said was “work on it”. It’s right there. In writing. Twice. I can see quite plainly from the video that it’s significantly less safe than grabbing the bar. Not to mention he still needed to grab the bar to unrack the weight. Then while under load he had to regrip to the handles. Thats precisely why it’s an over complicated solution given the original problem. The original problem as you stated in your video is shoulder mobility. Work on that…you know…over time. Like any other fitness goal. If someone lacks shoulder mobility permanently or wants to train legs while working on mobility progress, use alternative exercises that have been tested and proven and implemented by fitness experts for the last 40+ years. Many clinically proven solutions already exist. I admire the creativity but it’s unsafe n I would advise it not be taught. Any instructor teaching this is doing their clients an extreme disservice.
then when and where do you test the work you have done on shoulder mobility?? how can you CONFIRM that this is less safe from grabbing the bar? have you felt it?? it just looks different/ and or weird to you, which is fine we are not here to debate that im always interested how someone can verify what an exercise feels like by looking and never doing it Now if I were to show you a "professional bodybuilder" doing this same exercise, im curious to know if you would still have the same reservations?
