That's why it's called "Bake"rsfield So Robby had a Triumph. Wonder if it was a TR7; I remember those in the '70s and thought they were so cool, but there is a reason they don't exist anymore . Anyway I grew up watching Robby's films also, so feel there is synchronicity there. I think the first was Ode to Billie Joe in its '78 TV premier, then Ice Castles in a drive in. Then Jeremy, Tribute, and many other great ones! Actually 2 films I haven't seen yet are One on One and Harry and Son. But I'm about to watch them online; so glad we are now in the era where we can do that; it's the best of times and the worst of times.
Haha, that’s right about Bakersfield.😄 You must watch One on One, and Harry and Son. They are wonderful. Yes, I would agree with you about it being the best of times, and the worst of times. Thanks for watching!
@@sallyn2393 She did a Movie Sand Dollar Cove in 2021 for Hallmark ,She said in the interview she would love to work with Robbie again, suggesting a Sequel to Jeremy when they meet up again as Widowers! How cool would that be, She looks Great and believe she’d give a Great Interview.Maybe Robbie could help you contact her👍

what a lovely interview with a great guy and actor! I also enjoyed watching him in The Chosen opposite Barry Miller. Thank you for uploading this interview!
@@sallyn2393 you brought out the shine of Robin David Segal his talk about his sister, father, song to his mom and the brief behind the scenes of his memoirs, his reasons for his love story to karla is far better than anything he puts in screens and stages I thank you for refine graceful hosting this chat you made it sweet. Wonder if Robby has a song in his studio tribute to his dad and sister. The Segals and Bensons are good family
@@squeky78 What a wonderful compliment, so very sweet and thoughtful.❤️ Thank you so much. It truly was a thrill to have the chat with him. He is such a great person.
Thank you! I did not meet anyone else, but I have met quite a few at events on the West coast as that is where I live. He was a joy to talk to, I hope one day to meet him in person. Thanks again for watching!
He's been my favorite since "Death Be Not Proud" and "Ice Castles" the "Ode To Billy Jo" and "Death Of Ritchie" that helped me decide to never do drugs. So many more movies and his singing was soft. I loved everything about Robby. Just now I found out he's my age. I'll be 66 in April. Happy Birthday Robby and I'm glad I found you as I grew up. You're such an amazing actor and performer. I love you. My best to you and your family. Continued blessings and health. Kathy with a K 💜
@@sallyn2393 I agree. I'm just surprised half see it and half don't. I think they could almost be twins, just a generation apart. Of course Rob Lowe is a completely different personality type. Both are not only crazy handsome, but my understanding is also both really nice guys.
@@sallyn2393, you should try doing one with just scenes & pictures of Ralph & Pam, set to a love song. There are so many wonderful love songs that would work well. I found someone on RU-vid that does this with clips from the show Moonlighting & she does a wonderful job. You should watch some of her videos.
@@sallyn2393 check out Moonlighting from SSAARI386. She is really good & she sets the scenes to match the words of the song. I bet if you contacted her she could give you some pointers. If I can help, let me know. Looking forward to your next production.
