The Certified Angus Beef ® brand is a label recognizing the original, and very best, brand of Angus beef. Other labels may say “Angus,” but that’s where the similarities end. The brand, established in 1978, is a trademark of exceptional quality, taste and tenderness. As a nonprofit entity owned by the many rancher members of the American Angus Association®, Certified Angus Beef LLC works with family farmers and ranchers across the United States and Canada to ensure they raise premium cattle and provide exceptional beef that meets all 10 of the brand’s quality standards.
denver steak are much higher value than chuck eyes, but no one knows what they are and most butchers don't know how to cut them. chuck rolls are by far my favorite primal
Great video. Thanks for sharing. I cut up my first chuck roll a couple months ago and wanted to find out about the shoulder clod. The info you shared was very helpful.
I love the video but I wish you would have added how to cook each cut of meat 🥩 like the roast obviously would be low & slow as well as stew meat. Denver?? Or the boneless ribs or even the sierra steak or Vegas
Great video Thanks, I have 4 calves just weaned and gone to pasture they will have the best life a steer could hope for but soon they will be steak and the video gives me so much inspiration, (by the way Antonio is first but don't tell him :)
Just another high speed demonstration. If it was an instructional, then a fifteen year old high school kid would be able to follow along and do the same thing that you are doing.
Hello I'm from Korea. When we buy frozen US beef in box, it seems like they didnt age it and just freeze unlike what you said. Then, is it same that i defrost it (vacuum packed) in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 weeks? And i heard when you age the frozen beef, the aging process fater than the original raw beef. Is that real?
Seems to be different opinions on how long frozen meat can be stored. Anywhere from one year to three years. And we’re talking about vacuum sealed meat so what is it when your max or longer?
This is an excellent video. I want to point out, though, that bone-in brisket used to be popular, back when brisket was commonly braised as a pot-roast. So yes, people have heard of and remember bone-in brisket (1:25). Boxed beef and barbecue brought an end to all that.
Your explanation of where the Chuck flap tail is very confusing. You said it’s similar to Chuck short ribs but is it the same? If not, then where is it on the cow exactly?
