I love this! I have one at the top of my forehead, right at the hairline. I guess about the size of a nickel. Been wanting to get it removed for years. This patient came from Florida…how does that work? I would be traveling at least 3 hours, so how can this be done? Also assume it’s not covered by insurance, so approximate cost? Doc I had fractional co2 laser 5 months ago and I got very good results. There are days that I see really tight under eyes but a couple days a month I see some minor laxity peeking back through. Does this procedure have a waxing and waning process?? I am going to have another at six months. It did take me about 14 days to heal so Dr Rostami did an aggressive treatment. I just wanted to know if any of your patients have mentioned this to you? Thank doc ❤
Thanks doc. Yes I have been telling her this but I guess nobody else has had this issue. Most days it’s ok. Like today 😊 who knows what tomorrow will bring. Aug is my six month mark and I’ll set a date for another treatment just to get the skin tighter under the eyes a try to eliminate a little extra skin off the upper lids. Unfortunately I have ocd 😂so I pay extra close attention to details So I will assume by your response I’m not crazy seeing this and this happens to some ? When do you find this procedure peaks?
It is a very low risk, I have seen them, but probably less than 1% of cases. We do this in a sterile environment, use oral and topical antibiotics and antibiotic mouthwash. Infections can happen with any implant, breast, knee, hip, etc but are rare.

I use standard implants that range from small to X large. Although I don't do custom implants, you can get those in any size you and your surgeon desire.

Pretty sure this is what i have. I just had chin lipo last month but still no jawline. It seems my chin is receedong and my lower lip is slightly behind my upper lip, making me look like a duck. Will alising genioplasty also help even the lower and upper lip by moving the lower lip forward?
Obviously I can't comment on your exact situation because I've not seen you. But a genia plastic can reposition the chin and the lower lip depending on factors.
