He seems knowledgable, but doesn't pay subcontractors. I am still owed over $7,000 from doing work on Andy's "flips" 2 years later. Not because he wasn't pleased with our work. We passed all inspections and we are a well known contractor. No call backs, no email response, no texts back. Knowledgable about real estate?, Yes. A man of his word who pays his subs? No.
I’m not in RI, and I’m not buying a house. Just wanted to say I like this dynamic of asking questions, instead of presenting yourself as an expert. It shows your honest, involved and it puts the audience in your shoes. Great ad!
Bro your the worst real estate person I’ve ever seen. Your lack of understanding is showing. You got a solid wood door, will last and it timeless and your talking about getting a six panel door from HD cause it looks better? If the door is in terrible shape I get it, but anytime you can keep something that WILL last you do. People look for details like that.
maybe he's in the market but it makes more sense that he's in the industry so buy what I do it's the best. but the only grain I can see is stead low price of entry with out the possibility of buying at market and being under water
