add on "defatted coconut" squeeze out the coconut milk for other use/cooking and use the remains or "defatted" coconut in your fried rice... FAR BETTER and healthy. consider use of red palm oil for your fried rice...excellent. just use plain rice and the defatted coconut has excellent fibre and volume i.e. lower calories too.
I like to such such great development of Cardio treatment at Kuala Lumpur. Earlier I used to visit Bangkok from Dhaka. Now I hike to visit this hospital to take treatment.

I had an endoscopy last month and it showed hpylori positive . Yesterday had a stool test and it came back negative. Am very confused. I did not do the triple antibiotics, just using mastic gum and manuka honey and other natural remedies.. could the stool test be a false negative, should I retest to reconfirm if I have this aweful bacteria. Thanks
