Great content, thanks! Suggestion…. The music was so overpowering it made it challenging to focus on the information. I personally don’t need music in a video like this. Thanks!
You Can't cure peoples weight gain with BS... it's calories in Vs calories burnt period. Eating to much or eating to little after that is a job for a therapist..
I've been following the page for a very long time, and all I wish is to have a talk with this guru and appreciate him for being a wonderful teacher and a genius at work. Thank you team at Opex.
This will make a fine addition to my home routine. I have to use plates for it, but the pressure required to keep them together (and off one's head lol) is what seems to make this a good fit to help build a bit of extra pectoral mass.
Perfectly explained and you even worked out my numbers for me! I'm eating way under my daily TDEE (ranging from 1600 - 1800 calories a day) and until recently my weight has dropped off really easily. Now I'm stalling out and according to Kelly Hogan (MyZeroCarbLife) I need to eat more to get my weight loss going again, would you agree?
I’ve realized that wanting a client to know and gain autonomy more than they want it is futile unless: 1. I can connect with them and REALLY show empathy and acknowledge that they are the experts of their body and that they know better than anyone else what’s best for them. Took me a few psychology books to realize this. 2. Ask permission before giving advice. Again to preserve their autonomy. 3. That they are in a place where they can absorb the information. The crazy business client who is so busy they don’t have the mental ram to remember everything. *essentially ; they don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. What are your thoughts?
