The more I listen, the more I like. Is it me but this song evolved a little bit since last time I heard it? This is definitely good material for the next album. 🎻
@@stephanlevesque9593 it just gave me a good feeling when it emerged. It’s kind of infectious I think. As a Guardian you may well have heard the demo and playing a song live a few times will always pull a song together so, yes, it certainly developed.

Sensational performance. That bass is so expressive and furnishes the song delightfully. The vocals are exquisite. Stardust would make a cool title. 🤩👍
This track requires a few listens. The beginning of the song is quite "poppy " . Interesting that the fiddle carries the riff in the beginning. The middle part of the song is really clever and the vocal parts towards the end are outstanding. I wasn't sure on first listening but when you hear it a couple of times it's a very clever composition. Well done Solstice you are not afraid to take risks and have delivered a really good original track.

Uplifting! Really like the bass in this one and when you bring the song down before building it back up. Jess sounds awesome, as usual! The band continues to evolve!! Is "Life" the song's working tittle? What was the inspiration for this particular track?
@@douglasstruthers8307 hey thanks Douglas! Yes, ‘Life’s a working title, but may stick, and is essentially the subject lyrically. Like the other recent song with no title, the music came out of noodling with a recently acquired classical guitar 😁

The recent vibe in Solstice's new music makes for great summer music just like a certain Carlos Santana so often achieved. I really enjoy those tempo changes within the songs. I discovered SOLSTICE just a couple of months ago, but since then I just can´t stop listening to them every single day!!!! The sense of peace and "everything will be absolutely ok" is overwhelming. I just can´t thank enough that they exist! A HUGE HUG from Costa Rica!!!!
Re your deleted “not the best example of songwriting I’ve heard” comment, I would absolutely agree with you Jimmy. Blimey, I could give you a huge list of songwriters I’d put way, way above myself. In fact, in my book comparison would be ridiculous. Obviously everyone has their own particular taste but I’d recommend going over and checking out Hejira and Grace if you’re unfamiliar. Enjoy ✌️
