Love the colors and textures, and there were some incredibly beautiful pieces (I especially liked many of the tables). My one criticism is that it was a bit too “themed” for me, more like something you’d see in an African restaurant in America. I prefer more of an eclectic vibe, so I’d like to see some different choices in art and accessories, or using that art but changing up the furniture and textiles. I get it’s totally subjective, that’s just my take.

I need your help!! This is the style I love on medium budget.

How very interesting and beautiful! Clearly these furnishings are very culturally sensitive. Muted tones were used in my earlier paintings, but when I went to Howard I was told more vibrant colors, which I did! ✌🏽💙
