Looks good. Probably the only things I'd do differently is maybe add a can of corn (drained) or some frozen mixed veggies and some sauteed mushrooms. Then when finished, I'd turn on the saute/searing mode and add some cornstarch water to give it a nice thickness. Simmer for about 5 minutes on low, serve and enjoy ! 😋
Wow! This is banging. I made a few changes. Instead of tomato paste I used sauce and cut up russet potatoes. Flavor was incredible. Kudos to you. Excellent.
Strain 1 TBSP of black mustard seeds and 1 TBSP of white mustard seeds from soaking it for half an hr (If you don't have white mustard seeds you can use 2 TBSP of the black ones) and add them in a blender along with a pinch of turmeric powder and 1-2 green chilies. Make a paste after adding a few teaspoons water...Hope this helped.
I wish this recipe showed me ingredients not by cup, but by raw size (ounces of salmon; ribs of celery; number of medium carrots -- it's hard to buy groceries if the measurements in cups are elusive due to being inexperienced). . .
