Awesome work! Im lookong into investing in a small heated polyurea sprayer for making small to large sized molds and coating things like room sized areas. Im wondering what brand you use for your machine and where you source your polyurea from? Im doing all this on a budget, so if you have any money saving tips for the equitment, im more than happy to learn!
What did you use as topcoat after the polyurea was sprayed? Or did you just left it like that? And was the sprayed polyurea pure aliphatic or aromatic? Great job!
Looking for the right wastewater storage tank solution? Center Enamel Co., Ltd is the first Glass-Fused-to-Steel tanks and most experienced Glass-Fused-to-Steel wastewater tanks manufacturer in Asia.
That looks really really good. It is obvious that you really pay attention to the details (diamond grinding, retention grooves, anti slip aggregate, Sharp edges) I have a question (sorry for my English, I am no native speaker) At around 45 seconds you make a round retention groove. We normally use an angle grinder with a diamond cutting wheel. This works fine with straight lines but not in round areas. Could you tell me the name of the machine you were using for the rounded grooves? Thanks a lot and greetings from Germany!
@@kannekirk5329Thank you! I know a "oberfräse" just as a tool for the carpenters to work with wood. Guess I have to talk to our local suppliers if they have any kind of diamond drills to use it in concrete.
The cost of this job had to be astronomical! Why don’t you guys contract with tower companies to do this on day one at the factory! I know the tower companies want them to rust out to be able to sell more towers. But you could do this as a more expensive option from the factory! Just a thought. And nice work!
SIL thanks for the prompt & clear answer. If the project was not in a high volume area (a private Tiny home on Wheels where crack resistance is paramount ) would it be best to use the wall coating for the entire project? I’m also currently debating which water proof Under layment is Best in a new construction diy project ( weight is a concern & too late to switch to premolded fiberglass plus the goal is a full wet bath). Another creative question is whether this product would support any embedded items for embellishments?
Southeastern Industrial Linings thanks again. I had a crazy idea of using small shells, but am thinking that they might need epoxy overlayed on top (I saw that you used epoxy to create a substrate).
Southeastern Industrial Linings also, can you PLEASE address what type of substrate you would use where currently only shower framing is (not even shower pan) used. I had Schluter-Ditra 5m recommended however I’m thinking they really meant Kerdi-board, which is more rigid.
@@whiteoak_papi3117 They showed the sand blasting of the surface ...which in fact can drive contaminant or salt into the metal. It should have been chemically power washed after the sand blast and re blasted. then coated in a set time to avoid blooming of the metals. They showed how they tested the thickness of the material application as a set standard. Now, I dont know about you...but any donkey can spray textures and coatings as required. The success of the job is the professionalism and the application of proper preparation to surfaces and adherage to spray disciplines and times to apply the product correctly for lasting durability. My thought is that the power chemical wash and the re-blasting and set timing of application are the most critical part of this products success...so why wasnt it shown here in its entirety if it was indeed done. If not, this is just a hick job that will require redoing at great cost again, withing the next two to three years. Great product...but lest see that the company can in fact facilitate the use of the product correctly. :(

Hi, how many square feet does 1litre of the epoxy cover? And how many coats over the floor tiles do you actually need before all the tile depressions (from the grout lines) are totally covered over (without the paint chips)? Thanks..
