Its political system was established by the freed slaves you called "upper class" and only they alone participated in it for more than 100 years. And as they carried on their governance, they didn't do much development in Liberia at the time instead they took Liberia as farm and USA as proper home. They also stole government money and safe it in the USA, they built their personal buildings with stolen money and rented them to government to be use as government Ministry . As a result the so-called upper class government didn't have their own ministry and this sort of attitude contributed immensely to the underdevelopment of Liberia. My question to you is: did you include the information I expressed in your book??
