Today i made 2 loaves and they turned out so fine. the longer it stays in fridge the more tasty it gets. we ate the 1st loaf with coffee and are saving the 2nd for tomorrow or tonight :)

What brand is that electric beater??? i want one! (also i agree, these pancakes are crazy good and crazy healthy. i add a pinch of baking soda because i like them a bit fluffier.)
Just like making pancakes, you flip them when they look like the bottom side is brown enough. Bring a little sauce with you and they make great snacks if you have a long drive.
Tried this and it came out as banana flavored rubber disks (it makes banana omelettes, not pancakes)! My dog wouldn't even touch them (and he will eat almost anything that hits the floor)! Rubbish recipe!
