Be warned that Coco Reef Resort has poor facilities and outdated rooms that are far from the luxury you might expect. The beach at the hotel is also a major disappointment-it's smelly, murky, and unfit for swimming, with moss-filled, disgusting water that deters even the most adventurous guests. Consider staying elsewhere for a better experience.
I stayed at the S hotel in September 2023. It was my 1st time in Jamaica and because I had such a wonderful experience I have been back to that country 3 times already and it will be my 4th time going tomorrow. I would have loved to stay back at the S Hotel however I got stuck on an elevator which was a horrific experience at that hotel. I sent an email and never received a response. If you stay at the S Hotel make sure you are on the 1st floor and take the stairs to the rooftop to avoid any life or death experiences.
My sister is getting married August 2nd on the family side of the resort. Can you please advise if it will open by then? There are many different open dates being shared and it’s hard to believe what is true.
