The video is 5 years old and you may already know about soaking your braid hair in a water and apple cider vinegar mix for about an hour and then rinsing. You can add a cheapy good smelling conditioner to the rinse to remove the vinegar smell. That removes the alkaline coating on the hair that many people are allergic to. And many sometimes cause those bumps too. Peace
