You can receive emui 12 or harmony os. It depends of the device that you have... In my case, I have a p40 lite and (for now) it's not compatible with harmony os, and because of this incopatibility they made me update the software with emui 12. So if you have a device that is compatible with harmony os you will receive harmony os, if not, you will receive emui 12
