Hi, I’m Felisa! I live in New York City & love sharing all things lifestyle & travel. Growing up internationally as a third culture kid & expat/immigrant, I attended international schools and moved constantly. I learned to quickly build new networks and skills. I love how the online world connects us with one another despite the distance and socio-economic status: I hope to share a part of my world with you.
I cannot wait to try this restaurant very soon! Also, traveling to Peru, if you don’t have a lot of money and time to travel to Peru, would staying only Lima and traveling only there without Machu Pachu, would be a good experience without going to Machu Pachu?
Yeah Asian sizing isn’t friendly for anyone bigger than a twig. They also call their plus size stores things like piggy’s and fatty fatty store. I’m not joking those are real.
Maybe it's not so much for makeup but just to prevent oils from your face from getting on the clothed too but, I do not wear makeup as it makes me break out really bad
I work with vintage wedding dresses and because they’re so delicate, we either make sure people aren’t wearing makeup, or in my case when we did a photoshoot, I put a pillow case over my head every time I changed dress. Made for a truly good laugh too
Or you hold your hands in front of your face & you "dive" down, keep your chin in & down.. the garment never touches the face if you do that. I have never left a makeup stain on a garment ever.. yes i check..
I bought a costume from an Asian company one time, and I had to buy an 2XL! I’m normally a medium so I thought it was kinda funny how the sizes are different
Eagle's Nest seems lively with lots of activities. If I want a quiet secluded place with space to read during afternoon, between yoga classes and workshops, is it a good place for that or is it mostly to socialize and connect?
The biggest difference I’ve noticed is that men’s shirt no longer have close to a dozen straight pins and were thrown on the floor. Which you’d never want to go into a dressing room without wearing shoes.
I’m a medium in America…. IN JAPAN IM AN XL?! I was there for a week and I STRUGGLED to find clothes to buy because all the cute Lolita places I wanted to shop sold smalls and mediums which never fit
