I started thinking how suprised they will be to see how many quirks Nine has, but then i thought about that after seeing Deku sprung out a new quirk they might be not so suprised. Anyway that lead me to thinking about Nine, do you think Afo made him(as a "Nine" specificly) as direct rebuttal to Izuku? Or as a mockery to Ofa? Like Ninth user of Ofa vs Nine? I know that Afo and the Doctor most likely made him to eather test out the ability to transfer Afo before going for Shigaraki or as a way to maybe create stronger nomus. But point stands, the specific limit of Nine quirks has to be a direct correlation to Izuku. Question stands was it a mockery or an atempt to create an ideal enemy for Deku?
