Im a 13 year old neurodivergent teen with focus and learning problems, and i cannot explain how easily I was able to understand this with just one video! Thank you so much, Bless
Viola and double bass. I prefer not to stand out. But between viola and double bass; I choose viola as it is smaller. If I am going for the double bass, then I'll go with bass guitar just for the mobility/portability. Both double bass and electric guitar uses E-A-D-G if I am not mistaken. And both instruments uses bass clef on sheet music.
oh woah, that is so cool. i was listening to sum music that had a violin sample in it n then i got *violently* curious abt how violins work. that was ultra insightful, thank u!
Thanks. I just received my P.E.T.E., and appreciate the guidance on 30 seconds on, rest 30 and repeat. My question is should teeth be together or apart? I already feel the “burn” after a few reps and know this is a great training aid! Thanks!
Wow! This is also very helpful for the bells as well. If possible can you make one more video for both drums, and bells too? If you could I’d very much appreciate it!
Thank you! I was about to try electric guitar, but after watching this video, I think I am gonna stick with acoustic. I want to play and sing. It’s already complicated as it is, if I add the pedals and all the buttons, It will take away all the fun 😂. I play and sing to relax, I don’t want extra frustration!
The best overall instrument of every instrument type will be whatever instruments that have a Contra-Alto/Bass fundamental pitch from Double E-flat to G Bass, that's EEb/Eb-1 to G1. If it has a dark tone playing it's fundamental pitch, it's Contra-Alto. If it has a deep tone playing its fundamental pitch, it's Bass. That's the only difference between Contra-Alto and Bass is the timbre/tone since they are the same pitch. Contra-Alto/Bass instruments can go really really low and really really high which is why they're the best. They all have atleast a 5 octave range. In that regard, the best valved brass instrument is the F Horn pitched in FF Contra-Alto. The best non valved brass instrument is the Trombone in FF Bass, although the F Horn can still go higher. The best single reed woodwind instrument is the Clarinet in EEb Contra-Alto. The best double reed woodwind instrument is the Bassoon in G Bass. The best non reed woodwind instrument is the Flute in G Contra-Alto. The best string instrument is the Cello in G Bass. These instruments have the most versatility, the richest sound and add the most color vs the other instruments in their class. If you combine them all together in an ensemble full of Contra-Alto/Bass instruments only you will hear a gift from God himself as they can cover almost the entire harmonic series.
Firm corners, lokkede corners, loose corners...many ways. What if one does not fokus on corners and just on humming, blowing air and add trumpet? Would that not get the same way without thinking in tension?
This was helpful I have been trying to learn music theory And that process has taken me its sweet minute. And learning how to read it finally gave me the skeleton key needed. Looking forward to more flute videos and theory's just for flute.
It is not in fact the most difficult instrument. But it is VERY difficult compared to most others. But it's older variations can take that honor. But among modern instruments, it is not the most difficult.
If I have a music sheet for a song, let's say for "arrival of the birds by cinematic orchestra", will I be able to play different instrument by that? I mean to say will it work for piano, guitar, flute etc? If anyone knows, please let me know.
Well, to get started, you only need some free time and will(I bought most of the accessories along the way or when needed, but I will suggest getting fairly priced items, sometimes the cheapest or the most expensive is not the best answer)
This is exactly what we need to see. Some videos go on for 15/20 minutes & the artist never actually SHOWS you the embouchure. They just talk about it. Clean, concise & to the point!! Good job!
Fascinating, thanks for this. Please may I ask for suggestions for how to stop my finger collapsing when playing. I saw your video from 2 years ago, but I am hypermobile, so fingers just bend till they run out of tendon. I use thums and wrist split to help stabilize them but don't want to get injured playing.
That's a tricky one. Are they collapsing at the joint in between the middle of your finger and your nail? If so, I'm afraid it's just a case of purposefully over-exaggerating the bend in that joint - rinse, and repeat. At some point it'll start to feel natural, and the collapse will feel unnatural. There is no magic trick I'm afraid. Just time, patience, and lots of practice!
it didnt answer the BIG Question = WHERE IS the "middle C" on ELECTRIC guitar, if it the CLASSIC guitar its obvious middle C = 5th string 3rb column , High C is always = 2nd string 1st col. ELECTRIC = Classic Guitar ???
