NursePreneurs provides tips and resources for any nurse who wants to start a business in the medical field. We help nurses who want to start as coaches, consultants, concierge nurses, course creators, and clinic owners. I had a dream of becoming a nurse. At first, I was over the moon to make my real-life fantasy come true. Then, like many nurses, I ended up working about 60-80 hours a week, but only getting paid for 40. Of course, I volunteered for more responsibilities so the place “wouldn’t fall apart.” In my mind, I was indispensable. But after a falling out with my attending, I started to see things differently. Fast forward to today, I help nurses start and grow businesses related to IV Hydration, Chronic Care, Concierge nursing, med spa, research consultants, and content writing. #NursePreneurs #catieharris #nursepreneur #ivbusiness #conciergenurse

Average Med Spa owner makes 300 to 400k, but can even make millions if they hire a very large staff or open up multiple locations. Supposedly a day spa can be started with 10k, but Med Spas require at least 20k start up because the equipment is more expensive.
LPN or RN can become a Nurse Esthetician in most states by working at a dermatologist office or Med Spa for a few months or so and learning all the med spa treatments and then getting certificates in all the med spa treatments and then you can both own a Med Spa and work as a Nurse Esthetician instead of paying someone else. You make also need to take some business classes, if you haven't already, in order to know how to run your own business. There are a few states such as California, Texas, New York that require Nurse Estheticians to be physicians and Nurse Practitioners, but most don't. When I'm done with my esthetics program, I plan to get my Associates in Business Administration and then just one more year in school to become a Licensed Practical Nurse and eventually start my Med Spa in Tennessee!
Can I do LNC with a LVN/LPN? As a LNC, is one ever called to testify in the court proceedings as an expert witness? Or is the work simply analyzing the case for attorney to better understand medical records/terminology and causation ?
