How does one get into healthcare recruiting? I’ve been sending out resumes but no answers. I’m a PT and have had experience as a project manager with hiring and interviewing.
Thank you so much for this video. I was in the position of recruit consultancy for labour, cleaning and laundry for unfortunate. It feels like i am on the right page after watching your video. God as plan for each one of us and we have to move out of that comfort zone to help others. Thank you God bless you 🙏❤❤
Gm afternoon, came across your video. This what I've wanting to do for so long but has no experience. Pls response back. I would to get your help with resume building for recruiting. Thanks in advance!!
Thanks for making this video. I’m curious if someone who’s a tenured salesperson would be considered “entry level”. I’ve looked at transitioning into recruiting and it’s been much more challenging than I expected.
Hello Katherine. I was a sourcer during a maternity leave for a corporation offering 6 figure 1099 position. I would weed out candidates through a 50 min. Interviews. My questions is where do I go from sourcer? I recently have been a director of a school but I think my time in education is coming to an end.
Hi Katherine, thank you so much for this video. It’s really helpful a lot. I have a question for you. I did my MBA(10 years) back and I don’t have any job experience, so now can I do HR recruiter jobs? Need your suggestions please🙏.
Hi Katherine, this was a great video! I'm curious to know what you think of the current job market. Are there still good opportunities for entry level recruiters?
Your content is so helpful and informative. Your videos have been motivating me and helping me to know what path to take in order to get out of teaching and get into HR Thank you.
I am happy I found your channel. I'm currently a teacher and want to transition into HR. What area of recruitment would you suggest for an elementary teacher to go into?
I’m a Medical technologist who wants to get into healthcare/biotech recruiting. Growing my network, working collaboratively, and sales/recruiting training are things I really want in my next career. Thanks for this info!!!
Wow, I'm a reading specialist right now and came across your video. I'm in the application process and I feel confident that I'll land a recruiting job!
Great video, I am actually a Recruiter for the Air National Guard and I started seeing how much a Recruiter makes in the civilian world. I like what I saw😎
question: what do you reccommend I do? I am a 19 year old girl whos just starting my college journey. I am having a hard time figuring out which direction for schooling I should go into since I am interested in recruiting.
What are your career goals? Your degree should align with what you plan on doing down the line. For example, I work in recruiting, however my long term goal is to be an HR director, so I majored in HR.
I went on interview for recruiter position .. I haven’t heard back at all .. I have another interview with a different company on Tuesday .. it is so hard to get my food in the door
Hi Katherine! I have resigned my teaching position and so done with my teaching career. I will be venturing into the world of recruting and all of the above mentioned were the points that I used in my interview - and I GOT THE JOB! Teachers do have many transferrable skills in the HR recruiting services/ TA and you just have to be able to articulate them in the interview!
Hoping for the same. I am finding, unfortunately, that having only ever taught and being 50 years old, I am not getting any traction. I will keep trying though!
This is a great video!! One question though, if an individual is completing PG in Global Business Administration(study permit) in Canada and want to get into entry level recruiter jobs in usa, is this possible ?
