This channels just for fun and making these videos is somewhat satisfying to me.
I see all your requests but they mostly just help me be aware of different Star Wars characters. One video can take anywhere from 30 min to 2 months to complete.
Thanks for tuning in and may the force be with you
Haha Jar Jar is 100% a dark version of Yoda. Besides all the evidence pointed out, I might add how much his meeting with Qui-Gon is inspired by meeting a magic genie. "Meesey called Jar Jar Jar Binks. I am your humble servant. It is commanded by the Gods. You can wish for anything. City? Royal Palace? Chosen One? I'll guide you, no problem." The entire character's got something of a "bad spirit". There is also the scene where they are having dinner with Anakin and Padme, and Jar Jar's SNAKE-like tongue grabs a FRUIT, then it cuts to NATALIE PORTMAN's reaction, creating biblical imagery and marking Jar Jar the Devil. I think when Qui-Gon grabs his tongue the second time, it represents him having seen through Darth Jar Jar, but he goes along with it anyways, knowing he's enacting a prophecy. I think as a "Dark Yoda", Jar Jar Binks has no agenda, and is not an associate of Palpatine. Instead, I think he is purely about spreading mischief and Chaos, as he is quite literally CURSED. That's what can be inferred from "A small part of it would be..ehhh meehsaa...clumsy", and that's why the Gungans avoid him and are terryfied of him, yet also look down on him, because he spells out bad stuff naturally. Notice how he mocks the guidance of the Force just seconds after. The closest thing visually to the Jedi council is Boss Nass' Gungan council, and it is like poetry, it all rhymes, so the Gungans could be naturally force sensitive, with Jar Jar being the outlier cursed by the Dark side. Lastly, if we go by counterparts, many people think Sidious is the counterpart of Yoda because they duel at the end of RotS. But the HERO is Luke Skywalker, and the HERO'S MENTOR is Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the VILLAIN is Darth Vader and the VILLAIN'S MENTOR is Darth Sidious. Yoda is more like a spirit of good guidance, and as such Jar Jar is one of bad. This becomes much clearer when you picture old Alec Guiness as Obi-Wan rather than Ewan McGregor. I think Sidious had become aware of Jar Jar by the time of AotC. That's why Jar Jar is present when Palpatine suggests needing Emergency powers to Bail Organa, Yoda and Mace Windu (and a fancy alien whose name I forgot). He knew Jar Jar would be FORCEd to turn the Galaxy into chaos.
The voice acting of Ahmed Best is incredible. How tf do you emulate the respirational tract of a freaking Hadrosaurus all while talking in a very high pitched Falsetto voice??
I served with him. I used to hate him until I served with Cammander Fox and got forsaken by my own Empire. Now I miss the Old Republic and General Krell. Somedays it's so overwhelming I'm one bad day from ending up like him.
Separatist Alliance: We want only to secede from the corrupt Senate! The Republic has forced our hand! Your army hired a LITERAL Space Mengele without anyone knowing. Actually, your military did a lot of shit without you knowing. You are either complicit in these actions or simply ignorant as all fuck.
I love the way the video is set up. In the beginning of the video, he says "I can't do it, it's impossible." And then a second later "I WANT A STARSHIP, EQUIPMENT, THE WORKS."
This is exactly the right balance between dark humor and badass action that the Prequels and Sequels never achieved; Mandalorian TV show was the best SW product since RoTJ.
