Hi Friends! I’m Lyndsay and this is my amazing family! I have owned a dance studio for the past 14 years in NC and although I loved the studio and all of my dancers so much, I made the decision last June to sell the studio and take a leap into finding a new Happily Ever After!
We packed up a Budget truck and my husbands pick up right after my last recital and moved to the most charming town just outside the Magic Kingdom (we can hear the fireworks every night!). This town and being closer to our happy place had been calling us for a while, but letting go of something you worked so hard for and love so much and uprooting your children is a huge leap of faith! BUT it was the best thing we have ever done for ourselves.
We love going to the parks, our local farmers market and everywhere we can in central Florida! We love sharing our adventures and journeys with all of you and hope you will follow along here on RU-vid, the blog, Instagram and Facebook!!!
✨🍊Every Friday during Flavors of Florida in Disney Springs there is a culinary demonstration with one of the participating restaurants! This is such an awesome and FREE event but you do have to register if you want to get a sample of the dish! ✨Registration opens the Wednesday before each event and can be found on the Disney Springs Instagram! ✨Each event includes a goody bag from Kroger Delivery with yummy oranges, wet wipes, chapstick and of course the discount to try the service! You also get a really cute fan and an ice cold bottle of water! ✨This week was with Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill and it was DELICIOUS! It is the Wild Mushroom Gnocchi made with ricottas gnocchi topped with roasted Fungi Jon mushrooms, balsamic glazed shallots, wild arugula and shaved pecorino cheese! It was rich and savory and oh so good!!!! I highly recommend going to the restaurant to get this before August 11th! ✨I can’t wait to do more of these and remember that Flavors of Florida presented by Corkcicle is going on now through August 11th in Disney Springs!
This is the Orange-Hazelnut Petite Gâteau, it is layers of orange mousse, orange curd and honey-orange gel on top of a hazelnut financier. It was very good! Not too sweet and just the right amount of citrus!!

OMG! Morph! I’m so happy to see that Treasure Planet got a mention in this! And that marks the very first time the underrated masterpiece got representation in an official Disney drone show! I really hope it’ll be featured in more future Disney Parks entertainment including the brand-new flight-themed castle projection show that’s coming to Tokyo Disneyland on September 20th! (Though judging by the concept art, it might not be in that show at all. Hope I’m wrong.🤞)
