@@chelloktheseeker I eventually found it; there must have been a whole section I missed, still trapped in the level though as I need to find one more vent - this area is so confusing: I ended up doing the Mantid Hive as the third world without realising & that was easier than this one
The jump I did here requires a precise setup. Try lining up your crosshair like in the video. Make sure that you have "Ledge Grabbing" enabled in the Gameplay -> Options menu, of course. But an easier way to do it is to start all the way in the corner at the top of the hill, facing the ledge perpendicularly. Then forward and right strafe jump onto the ledge.

Omg I’m on this level now I’m trying to take it slow and steady so I can find all the secret areas and the final chronosepter piece, also the music on this level is tense like it give me the shivers down my spine 😭 fkng robots creep up behind you 😱
you mean, that in remaster version that sfx of Leap of faith is removed? what kind of sfx it was? when you collect a feather - should be special sound, or when you make a jump using this ability? if on n64 was a sound on 16MB size cartridge, then on PC there was no reason to remove it. Maybe it is a bug - I can post it on bugs thread on steam.
Is that what you call playing hardcore? I also did it in extreme on PS5 because I am a very big fan of Turok. guy playing on max difficulty I didn't have to dodge the enemies but to kill them. It's a lot harder, I can dodge too, but it's easy to do so lol.
Silent Turok. There is a music mod I made for it the turok forum, but unfortunately the forum's been down for some reason and needed to be fixed somehow.
You might be referring to the original PC port in 1999, which had streamed CD audio that might not be supported on modern computers. There was a way to patch the executable. But even today this version is still available on GOG with modern support. This is a new remastered version of Turok 2 from Steam that doesn't have the issue. I just turned the music off because of copyright.
@@greenion4575night dive studios says that rage wars has been heavily requested, and hopefully we get it. I would love to see it remastered, since the original had a game stopping bug in it, but only in co-op.
@@chelloktheseeker turns out all I had to do was change my movement sensitivity. Guess these remaster default settings weren't tweaked to match the original controls that well.
