Yes, this is a mod! It's called the vibrant pastoral recolor with a temporary 1.6 fix made by a creator named poohnhi on Nexus Mods. I also have one that's a Vintage Reshade of the vibrant pastoral recolor, which I believe you can find linked on the page for the original vpr on Nexus.
