You consider yourself a power user but have never gone over their unlimited data cap? Most of your downloading just be done over Wifi, as is mine which is why I've only hit the cap a handful of times in years of service. I'm fully aware of their cap and I don't have a problem with the cap... But if you think advertising unlimited LTE data and then dropping it to less than 56k speeds is acceptable, I didn't make this video for you.

You can't complain about being throttled when you knew there was a data cap on their plan when signing up. Don't like it? Shouldn't have signed up.

Just so I'm clear, I understand there is a data cap on their unlimited data. The fact that a picture that is under 1mb took over 4 minutes to upload, before eventually failing, is what I'm disputing. "Throttle" is fine... Dropping me down to less than 56k speeds? Yeah, I'll go ahead and let the world know about that before they agree to a contract.
