Nice while it works. Overpriced imo. Now it just stays open, doesn't close. Support isn't supportive. Tried fresh batteries, cleaned sensor. Nowhere does the tech support tells you how to reset the sensor. Waste of money!
I still don’t know how to use this hand sanitizer unit I bought. I have emailed for help. And I don’t know how to charge it. I have worked about couple hours trying to figure it out
But how do I install it? Without a good installation instruction, it sounds like I just wasted my money. I have to return it because it is not easy to understand.
Please consider bringing this item back! The simplehuman lemon liquid dish soap refill was great, and the lemon scent is much better than the orange version you have now.
Great product when it works! I tried every option to repair it, but none work and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone to honor the warranty or help in any way. My dispenser is NOT dispensing. Very pissed that I cannot get a hold of anyone.
How about fixing your sensor dispenser that doesn’t work with your soap first? To read all the treads online with people complaining about it and your suggestion to dilute the soap with alcohol to make it work instead of filming this stupid tv series 🤔 weird priorities for such a generally great company. P.S. did you have to dilute your brand liquid soap while filming this or just used some other brand soap?
Thought the ides of thumb recess was to push and pull minimising stress on the unit ..... you can see the load movement on the init when she just pulled it!
I have purchased this item in September and after just over a month the voice activation has stopped working. It means I also cannot keep the lid open without physically pushing it back as if changing the bin liner. How do I reset/remedy this?
Be careful as the pump is very brittle and when full if it falls to a hard kitchen surface it will break, as mine did. Simplehuman do not current have a replacement part for this if it does break you are advised that this is considered accidental damage and therefore not included in the warranty, and will be given a 20% discount to purchase the entire item.. if the product were made better this would not happen and should have been considered when designing the product.
I have that dish rack. Cost a lot of money! After a few years, the protective coating on the stainless steel is disintegrating. Little bits of transparent, saran wrap like film falling off. After washing with just dish detergent, even more came off! Now it looks really ugly with patches of the protective coating missing in places. 👎👎👎👎👎
