thanks for the vid! im looking to install a SC1-R on my 660. at the 4:45 though, does the bike need to have Bluetooth in it? or is that the Bluetooth for the phone? cause my aprilia didn't came with the Bluetooth option. i was wondering if i need to have the MIA Module for this to work. thanks!!!
I would love this but I an really worried that it will melt the shoes or burn the foot of the passanger, i saw another comment and you responded with you tested it but if the passanger is unexperienced and they have the foot far back on the pegs could it be a hazard?
Hello, I have a 2024 model tuono v4, I want to install a slip on, I live in Turkey, what kind of problems will I encounter if I install it without mapping, thank you.
@@barssogatlar7347 I don’t recommend installing a decat slip on without a map. You would definitely need a servo motor bypass without a map. You will experience idling issues and the air/fuel ratio will be very lean, resulting in future engine damage. V4 are delicate engines. You need to take care of them or they won’t last. ✌️

Lost the seat cowl on drive home. Found it but pretty scratched up. Ordered a new one. Cannot seem to get it to lock into latch without it being easily removable. Am i missing something putting it on?
@@2leet2hax The front pin of the rear cowl that latches on the lock has two positions. One for the RS660 and one for the RSV4. Assuming you have it on the right position, the rear cowl is much easier to insert it than remove it. When I turn the key to remove the cowl it does not come off easy for me either. I have to put some effort and be careful not to break the two rear plastic inserts. ✌️
I just installed the map, but I can't test the bike to feel the difference due to the bad rain here. BTW I have superlight forged wheels, and I highly recommend lighter wheels on this bike
If you don't mind where did you get the grip tape from on the lower part of the frame by the rear sets? I have been trying to find some for my frame and swing arm by the paddock stand pins. Awesome job on this bike.
Was waiting on a review for this! I was in the forum asking people, barely any responses… so I was thinking going back to stock gearing (I am +2 rear) so 1st and 2nd lasts longer.
Looking forward to the RSV4/660 comparison! Just installed the sprocket cover on my 660. Shifting definitely feels improved. Interested to hear your review. At the same time, I installed the Lightech adjusters and used the Motion Pro chain alignment tool to get the chain perfectly straight, so maybe that helped too? Either way, it’s much nicer now.

Always fun watching your Aprilia content! Question, if you could only do 3 mods on an RS 660 which would they be? :-) Also would be great if you could show before and after in your modding videos at the end perhaps 😇
@@AlenFrank-wq6mu Thank you! It’s difficult to choose only 3 mods. Also every mod is based on personal preference. My preference would be 1) Triple Clamp and Clip Ons - The stock handlebars, although very comfortable, are too tall for a proper race position. 2) Exhaust & Tune - This will eliminate the flat spot and give it a bit more power as the RS660 needs it. 3) Suspension - Not so much for the front forks as they are decent if you are under 200lbs but mostly for the rear shock. And if I could do a 4th mod it would be gearing. Preferably a 47T. ✌️
wow a year already in owning the RSV4 that's gone by quick. Can't beat a gold chain so of course you have to show it all off with the semi see through cover.
