My BISSEL CrossWave HydroSteam Pet arrived today. I bought it to replace our standard CrossWave Pet. I wish I hadn't bought it. Our first CrossWave came with 2 rollers / brushes, the HydroSteam only has 1. The width of the CrossWave HydroSteam is narrower than the standard CrossWave so it takes longer to clean the same space. I don't think that the HydroSteam cleans any better. Wish I had saved my money, quite disappointing.
Hi this our third bissell aqua cleaner.. The little green (black) spot cleaner 10yrs old still OK... Upright 6yrs OK but we have 2 cockers!! New 750w pet spot cleaner (Argos) great... But very noisy (and I went to disco's late 60 _70s) might need headphones.... To really clean the carpet I use the spot cleaner..
How can I clean the machine underneath because it had accumulating to much dirt. Could i submerge only the bottom in the bath tub and rinse quickly with water?
Geplante Obsoleszenz vom Feinsten. Staubsauger für 280€ in 2020 gekauft. Jetzt ist ein winziges Verbindungsstück zwischen Motor und Bürste durchgerieben. Konnte das Teil selbständig ausbauen und habe daher beim Hersteller nach einem Ersatzteil gefragt. Auf Nachfrage bei Bissell ist das nicht möglich, nachdem das Gerät außerhalb der Garantie ist können keine Ersatzteile geschickt werden. Ich könnte lediglich das Gerät einschicken und dafür erstmal 45€ bezahlen und dann wird mir gesagt ob und für wie viel eine Reparatur durchgeführt werden kann. Auch auf Nachfrage, dass ich keine Reparatur benötige sondern nur das Ersatzteil wurde mir nicht weiter geholfen. Ich schätze dieses Bauteil kostet weniger als einen Euro. Nachdem es schon etwas älter ist und das ja auch jemand verschicken muss hätte ich kein Problem damit auch 20 oder sogar 30€ zu bezahlen, aber 45€ plus Versand plus was auch immer sich Bissel gerade ausdenkt ist doch etwas viel. Dieses Verhalten verstößt meiner Meinung nach gegen den Circular Economy Action Plan, kenne mich hier aber nicht genug aus. Kann ich die Firma irgendwo dafür melden?

I'm going to be petty and say that the instructions here were difficult to focus on because of your shirt. Did Bissell not pay for a stylist before filming this instructional video? I don't understand why they completed the shoot without ever telling you to fix your shirt. I just want to grab it and yank on it. How do you not notice this?
I Bought a bissell hoover and its the worst hoover i have ever bought it lasted 7 months and the pipe split on the bend near the bottom and now i have to buy the whole bottom piece because it cant be repaired so don't buy one waste of money.
WOW - I can't believe you missed out how to fit and remove the dirty tank. I've tried everything and can't figure it out. The instructions I have from Bissell are useless. So sorry - this video has not helped at all.
No, the steam does not come out of the hose attachments. It is available now from Bissell direct for £429.99. I almost bought one as I have a 15% off coupon but I have only just bought another Revolution Pet so I will leave it for now and wait for any offers that may come up.
My tips: 1: tie the stupid water float off in the water tank. It can only hold a pathetic table spoon water before the floaty shutoff kicks in before even half full. 2: after water/soaping entire carpet/rug I use only hot clean water through until brown stops coming up. 3: throw the dirty water outside. You don’t really want grit/ sand in your plumbing. 4: vacuum the crap out of the carpet. This thing will do an incredible job but you’ll be there all day if you have to empty the water tank every minute.
In the thumbnail, you have a picture of dirt on a carpet that you're about to clean, yet in the video, you're just running the machine over a clean carpet. Not a very good demonstration if you ask me. Show us what this puppy is truly capable of!
