Yes probably wasn't clear in the video, the road is still there, but believe it is only open for emergency vehicles, pedestrians and scooters now, with the public traffic diverted through the tunnel
Nice landing.👍👍 Unfortunately I just missed on the Aerosoft Twin Otter: it was removed from sale 2 days before I wanted to buy it... But I still fly there often with different aircraft. My last one was the Azur Poly Bronco yesterday, at dawn, take off, aerobatics display, and landing there. Video on my YT channel. So much fun. EDIT: new subscriber.
Amazing you fly this plane in real life! This was flown in the Aerosoft twin otter for MSFS. I am aware they have pulled it from their website but may (or may not) be available on marketplace (might be worth checking if you're interested)
Hi, I believe this would have been filmed with just the standard ultra settings, I tend to do some more tweaking for the airliners or custom airports where it is a bit more resource intensive
what are your bindings for the propeller levers and the fuel mixture levers? they would definitely help because moving them with the mouse is pretty painful
I’ve noticed the PMDG 737 does not like the RNP approaches at NZQN for some reason. It always tries to preform an ILS and starts lining up with the extended centreline.
@@FogSim I’m using approach mode which works for all other RNAV approaches. It’s deviating from the fixes on the approach and there’s no fixes on the extended centreline it just tries to intercept it which is very strange.
@@Buttachopper I found the same thing, FS struggles to keep it on the path. Easier to fly it manually, which is saying something for ZQN because it's a difficult valley to handle!
Yess, really fun to fly this one. I've been doing the other approach though, not overflying the airport but entering the valley from behind the runway, via PR818, PR816, PR814, PR812 etc. and taking it visually as soon as I am in that final valley. Cool to see a different way to do it!
@@FogSim exactly, in theory it's not a bad thing to do but in fact you can damage stuff IRL as the lights are producing a lot of heat which is never a good thing on a plane. However this phenomenon is less likely to happen with the new LED lights because they produce heat at a lower rate.
very nice video, i wanna know how did you do the flight plan i tried like for 5hours on it i can not have the authentic one. is it possible to drop me your insta so we can talk about it please?
Hello, as I understand the default nav database for MSFS does not include the approach fixes (as they no longer exist). Mine worked because pmdg (aircraft in the video) have included it in their nav database. Believe the IGS can still be captured by default aircraft on 111.90. May or may not be addons out there that can add these to the default but not sure. Hope that helps!
