Man, these things are into unlimited hydroplane territory (speedwise). No wonder the chase drone was having trouble keeping up!! Those little water rockets are gettin' it!!😄👍👍👍👍
Man watching this brought me back to my days of DOMINANCE in the rc boat world. It was fun to race against Jeff from Insane Boats in the Gas Cat class!!! Back when Antron Brown used to race these boats as well. Jeeeesh the good old days! The sound brought back soooooo many great memories of years of great weekends! I will say, when you mention the hobby is relatively inexpensive.. I would say ISH! I had a trailer, a boat in every class, a fully built out garage with every tool needed to build my boats. Prior to a big race weekend I personally replaced every part on my boats. Man great times! Thank you for the content.
To bad I couldn't see the race for the drone flying. Was this about boat racing or flying the drone? Hold the thing steady so we can see what's up. I've never seen these races before.
Remember when they used to run the nats at red bug lake in orlando. I was runnin two Rossi 60’s on a twin rigger unlimited. Gawd I miss those days. Back in the early 80’s.
I joined an IMPBA club half the members are pretty cool people that will help you out and talk with you and have great conversation. But then there are the elitist, insufferable fucktards. What is it with RC racing; buggies, boats, etc, that makes some people into absolute cocksuckers? or draws in the cocksuckers?
Hi. My Husband passed away and I have a huge gas boat and 3 spares with all the remotes and spare parts and even more. I don't know what it is work but I am ready to get them go ne. Can anyone help me with this or is anyone Interested?
I fly helicopters planes and miniquads, I would suggest getting someone up high with something like a mavic or a phantom that will have a good 20-30 min flight time and get a good solid aerial of the race. And tbh if your drone pilot was a bit more experienced with the right equipment and flying skills he could keep right up with that race.
