Here is the problem. There is no possibility that there will not be some location somewhere that didn't follow some procedure perfectly beyond reproach. So they will always have an out to say "well this place didn't follow this rule so we don't accept the results". What they are unable to do and have never been able to do is to show any evidence that any such isolated failures contributed enough of an inaccurate result to change the overall results of the election. For example, allegation's have been made and confirmed that some dead people voted. This is absolutely true. Several thousand people die in this country every single day. 1,400 from Cancer. 1,600 from Heart Disease. Even 115 per day, in traffic accidents. Oh and an average of about 2 per day in the dreaded "mass shootings". So if ANY of those people mailed in their ballot and died between the time they mailed it in and the time of the ballot being counted possibly weeks later, then "dead people voted". That doesn't mean there is a widespread fraud of dead people voting. It just means that people die every day and some of them are voters. The question we have to concern ourselves with as a nation is "Do 100 people who died after casting a mail in ballot across the entire country significantly affect the overall election results"? The answer is an obviously NO! Yet republicans will find one or two examples of this and cry foul, say the election wasn't fair, and that they wont accept the result. Even though they lost by MILLIONS of votes and even if all the "dead voters" had been cast for them they still would have lost by MILLIONS of votes.
