A nomadic family consisting of a pregnant mother and two other people named Mohamad and Mersana live together. Living in a nomadic family is quite normal for them and they proudly adhere to their family traditions and culture.

Akram, concentrate on your children and issues going on at home. The girl will get specialized care from trained therapist to treat a traumatized child. She is in a safe place, most likely making friends with children her own age. Sometimes staying involved can make her transition much harder. Call the agency to check on her, but let them do their job.
Akram, that is wonderful that you took the time to visit the little girl whose father was an addict and wished to sell her. You let the little girl know that she is loved by you and you still think of her even though she is no longer staying with you. That little girl has no one but she now knows you truly care about her. Your own children has grandparents, parents, and siblings who nurture, provide, protect and love them. Even when you took your time to visit that little girl, your own children had family around them to look after them until you returned. Your own children were not left alone. You did a good thing Akram!! It was good for the both of you, the little girl and yourself.

Ali. I don’t think it’s a good idea to criticize Akram about not bringing firewood in if you are trying to get on her good side. And I don’t know how hard it must be to forgive that Because everyone wants to be loved for themselves and to think while she was pregnant her husband didn’t think she was good enough and went and got married. My heart burns for Akram.
So look at Mohammad arms and face. He is skilled n and bones. Mersana is now much healthier than him. I had tonsillitis when I was in my teens. It is very painful!!!! It physically makes you ill. I can’t even imagine with the heat. I’m fearful for him. Be for you guys spend anymore money get this poor child his surgery!!!!!! Where is father. Why have they put all the garbage in his house. ???

Ali. Do you remember how you felt when the builder was there to help your wife and you got so upset. Well it would have felt so much worse for Akram when you got remarried and wanted to love both women. How selfish of you. You were not thinking of your wife and children when you did that. Hi just wondering do they still have good meals,I don’t c them eating meals like a family anymore,they just eat yogurt and bread,maybe once in every third episode,Akram use to cook a lot now she doesn’t,and some episodes they don’t eat at all?
