Can you explain turning french fries into hashbrowns to me ? I have to know because we have fries left over sometimes and I hate throwing away food. And that maple syrup 😍 if I ever get my but across the ocean I need to bring some home
I take the French fried and chop them up. Then just pan fry them in butter or bacon grease oil. It crisps them. Because they get so soggy. I add salt and pepper and smoked paprika.
