I would like to know why is 60 volume peroxide what are you trying to pull out color you lighten it I am a hairstylist for a very long time but I've never used 60 volume
I taught true "Minking " to my color class in 1976.. Back the the term was used to describe a darker color painted only on the tips or last inch to inch and a half of the hair shaft.

Jerome Lordet is a French stylist who has Y.T. videos and was with Jack Dessange.
