Checked out your channel after watching the safe and sound video (awesome work preserving it by the way). This one feels like the SDDS mix for 8 channels. That’s why it sounds weird in stereo.
This is incredible wtf. And yes, the other commenter is right. Absolute hidden gem. Honestly, I always hated the song DVNO although I love the rest of the cross album. It's only in the past month that fiiiinally I was starting to warm towards DVNO. Then I thought I'd search if there are any fun covers of it and found this one that exceeded my expectations. Great job! Keep putting out gems.
