base station wont update and the headset is now useless i have been trying to fix it for over 3 hours and nothing and when it does wanna update itll just cancel and say update done but the headset will not connect and the base hasnt been updated
If you see this years later I had lost all hope until I put it into xbox mode, plugged the base station via micro usb into my xbox series x and then when I docked the headset it instantly gave me the pop up saying headset assigned. Try this before giving up after your headset is updated. Works perfect!
This was not helpful for those of us who still can't get their A30's to connect to our Playstations. Had mine for months, and they just stopped connecting to my playstation altogether. USB adapter is blue and seems to be working fine but in my audio settings, the A30's are NOT showing up and I get an error to reconnect them or re register them but when doing so, nothing works.
Can i use these on my ps5? I have a pair and recently switched to ps5 but when i hook it up there is allot of echoing and feedback in my mic when talking with friends. I dont want to have to buy a new one but just wanted some input
got a faulty a30 set my wireless connection to my ps5 doesn’t work and the wired aspect only works at a certain point so i’m unable to use my mic, only sound for me 😢
yo guys i was having mixamp issues as well ,I followed the steps and all and couldn't get it to lower and increase voice. what fixed is i had to make sure it was a usb 3.0 or the usb with a blue socket if not the mix amp didn't work , hope this helps.

I did all the steps that the video and the comment by @AndrewAment said, but my headphones are connected to my xbox series s, but theres no audio! And the Astros app doesnt pop up for me like the video shows. PLS HELP
