Stryico is a workshop where two brothers realize their own projects. We decided to create a place where we can make all our plans. And so began the story of the workshop - "Styico". We want to share with you the workflows and how the projects are made. Also on the channel, you can find a series of DIY videos that you can make by yourself.
Thats good, its therapy for me thank u ;) iam restaurating old bikes too, if you allow me some advice: the krankshaft need to balanceing it seems to be bent, it causes high vibration and damaging the alternator/gears/bearings. If u put the bearing in the case u need to heat up the aluminium, but this case is worn out . the bearing popped in freely. (it causes rattling noise) . And the last one change the upper rod bearing from bronze to roller type, cheap and it lasts well. ;)
My favorite part is how you did the wheels with the clamp. I was sitting there wondering how in the heck are the wheels even going to work until I seen that 😅😂 great job 👍
Nice work! The Red Cross could use a little more care, maybe a different tool (exacto knife or something). Other than that, nice work. Regarding glass or plexiglass, in my opinion, it would be safer to use plexiglass in a first aid cabinet.
Hi, thanks for your comment, this is large milling machine vise, but because we don't have yet, we mounted in on a table and for now we use like a simple vise. We have video with restoration on the chanel, and also you can read our blog about it. stryico.com/blog-en/old-vise-restoration
I am watching the news daily. You deserve PEACE🐦 No white one. Great job. One of my co-workers is from their. He is a fantastic Man. His Mom lives in Poland.
Great work. Best wishes against the Russians. It's amazing to see how well you folks are able to carry on with your lives in the face of the invasion. FYI, I have no problem with the U.S. sending Ukraine all the weapons we can. That being said, I hope you understand that I still would not support sending troops to fight along side of you.
Fantastic work and I'm kinda glad you don't have a mill, so you don't go overboard. You got it cleaned up & in good working order. It's a vice, not a piece of jewelry. Read your blog and it looks like your Dad's abandoned garage has a few treasures left for you to explore and I look forward to seeing them. #Cheers
Thanks for your comment, yeah we know it, but we don't have mill in our workshop which these vices would fit, so for now they work like workbench vises, but in a future they will work as intended
Nice work. you took a neglected vise and turned it into something extremely functional for your shop. Do you think you will make any soft jaws out of aluminum for it?
You put the jaws on upside down 🤣 .. they are supposed yo pull the work down as you tighten it, not push the work out. Look back at the start before you disassembled it
Слава Ісусу Христу, шановний пане! Приємно бачити професійну діяльність саме Українського реставратора. Продовжуй в тому ж дусі. Головне - не вмикати режим сцикла і все буде зашибісь!:);)
