Hi all and welcome. I am a middle aged gamer who broadcasts live You Tube streams of #Quest2, #Quest3 #PlayStationVR2. I am fanatical about VR gaming and interested in VR in general. I Have found my gaming Mojo again. 40 years a gamer, from ZX81 to the current console generation and everything in between.
If you are also into VR and enjoyed the stream please click the like button and subscribe, I am currently working my way through the back catalogue of games, from the old to the new. Thanks for watching.
@@midlifegame-istvr Lots of practice lol.. that's what I did on that and the bass guitar. The drums throw me off lol. I need to practice the other instruments now.
Hi, if you scroll forward about 1:15 the gameplay starts, because it is a live stream the beginning is my intro which is just to give time to check stream is working
This track and backdrop experience is amazing dude I actually tried this myself the other night when I bought the quest 3 it's fantastic eh from taz great video pal the experiences in synth riders just have to be seen to be believed. happy gaming pal from Taz
@@midlifegame-istvr 100 percent agree you can't beat em eh wow loving the quest 3 eh I've only had it a couple of days and wow !! I got the 512gb I can see where you and Scottish were coming from about the upgrade from quest 2 it's phenomenal eh as I said synth riders looks superb matey was the first Rythym game I tried so far on it
Yes, I had to turn down voice chat to about 50% for the stream as the echo was quite loud, but it is an awesome game with some really nice design touches.
How does loot distribution work when both players are mining the same thing? Do you both get the materials based on how much you've mined or does it only go to one person? Similar to opening chests, do both players get their own instance of loot or is chest loot shared?
Hi. The cases you come across seem to be exactly the same items. The mining of items is individual, so if one mines more then they will earn more. But there is so much to mine in each area, you never feel short on items
So cool. For some reason I cannot get this many games in. It says my capacity is at 500. I also removed all the furniture to fit more in. What’s the fastest way you level up? Asking because I want to unlock all the music
Hi, It does take a bit of jiggling around with the cabinets, so you can get to just under 500 and then put in another cabinet that takes you over 500. I just played the gambling machines, so spin the wheel, Bass and the grab machine as these are quick to play and usually give you a good return of tickets to tokens used.
I love just putting the game on auto pilot and watching the world below. I am not sure if they will continue to add any more planes, the last one was the jet a while back now. I successfuly land probably are 40-50% of the time. Really glad to hear you are enjoying the game too
This looks like the game I have been looking for. I want something where you can just sit on the couch and play. I don't want to be jumping around the room and dodging things. Are there other games like this?
Hi. It is a really fun game that feels as if it would fit in with a Nintendo Console, heavily inspired by Star Fox. When it comes to similar simple style of games ‘Down The Rabbit Hole’ is a great family friendly puzzle adventure that is easy going. Puzzling Places is a 3d jigsaw puzzler of real world locations and art, that you can increase the number of pieces for difficulty, they are still releasing dlc even to this day. Real VR Fishing, likely my favourite vr experience and the most hours I have put into a vr game by far. Stunning locations, very much a Pokemon addiction, got to catch them all feeling to it. Toy Trains is a surprisingly catchy puzzle game, where you construct rail lines using the old wooden trains and track to complete the story which brings me too the Fisherman’s Tales stories, which both play with perspective’s to solve puzzles and finally Shadow Point which was one of the first games I played on the original Quest and is still a classic. In this one you have to manipulate light and shadows to solve puzzles, open other locations and further the story. I hope that helps. If you need links to any let me know.
It's really nicely done! The sound also creates a really nice atmosphere. A few more mini-games would be great and also the option to ride the rollercoaster and the ghost train, for example. But it's definitely a lot of fun with a few VR buddies in tow🙂
I did a video with @ScottishGamerVR and pointed them out during that. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ilIMjVB5VL8.htmlsi=_C-FrzaTNmw3UiUs
I am on drawer 11 next to last where the colored glass barriers are everywhere. Got the sword, but ZI have been at this for days and can't figure out how to get through these. I love your walkthrough, but there's nothing for this level anywhere at all. PLEASE HELP!
I'm stuck on 7 raft, watered blue flower, went through veil, to other side, then what? Tried everything. ❤ Your walkthrough.. wish you finished it... Good reference. Thx
Hi, no the game isn’t free, it is £10.99. They have now added a jet to make up 3 aircraft, although I still like flying the Cesna. I have put my referral link below, although because Meta has changed their terms on referrals the limit may already be reached on the discounts available for this title. But it is still an app I enjoy and recently made a video of me flying from London to Paris.
I didn’t have too much of that in game to be honest, but I speak a fair bit of português, so I find, like the uk, it is regional accents where the same word will have a greater emphasis on certain letters, but most of the time I am fine, I just hadn’t realised just how quietly I talk until this vid.
Hi, thank you for watching and letting me know keys have been redeemed. This game really is a fun way to learn a new language and to master the correct pronunciation of words, which is something I still struggle with.
Hi, no the game is available as a standalone title. I unfortunately don’t have a pc to be able to play pcvr versions of games. This is the link for the game in the meta store www.meta.com/appreferrals/Midlife_Game-ist/4687168774709280/?/&
I think Meta will continue to support Quest 3 for a few years, the cheaper Quest 3s will help increase the user group and allow them more time to develop any Quest 4
@42miller_ It could be that 3 people have already redeemed. Meta have introduced a new system where a game can only be referred 3 times. I have only seen once on my end. Link below www.oculus.com/appreferrals/Midlife_Game-ist/7219828628138236/?/&
