I worked at the factory from 1976 to 1978 when I moved to the Auckland facility working on the P450 UHF mobile telephone. Started working on digital frequency synthesizers at Waihi with Kerry Bodman and others. Ken and Ian Tribble were there as well as many other apprentices. Good times for sure in Waihi at Pye.
